K'ai Roberts
VP Marketing
Project Manager
K’ai Roberts has been in the business of entertainment, event production, and/or "cat-herding" since the age of seven, when she first persuaded a posse of neighborhood kids to march in a Fourth of July parade she directed, complete with costumes, instruments, and rehearsals under the sweltering Indiana summer sun.
A Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, K’ai’s background includes Director of Administration for Hawaii’s largest publishing company, Customer Service and International Sales Manager for an automotive chemical company; and self-employed Quickbooks Consultant. Since 1999, in parallel with her day gigs, she has traveled the world to teach and perform Argentine Tango.
In 2008, K’ai conceptualized and helped produce the now annual Wahine in Hawaii Business, that state’s largest education-based seminar for women in business. K’ai moved to Frisco in 2009—and knew just two people in Texas at the time. She immediately got busy networking. She brought her passion for learning and networking to the production of the acclaimed “Nothing But Net "1.0 and 2.0
K’ai spends her free time listening to Big 80’s music; dancing Argentine Tango; pondering Quantum Physics (current proponent of the Multiverse theory); shopping; watching Stargate, The Daily Show, and anything that gives her an advantage playing Jeopardy; and trying to pass off her fashion addiction as yet another intellectual pursuit.
